Omar A. Cardenas, Esq.
I grew up in Bogota, Colombia for part of my childhood, which is where I became fluent in Spanish. I moved back to the United States in 1990, and spent the majority of my life in New Jersey. After graduating high school in 2000, I attended and graduated from Rutgers University in 2004. I then moved to South Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where I received my Juris Doctor in 2007.
I have spent my entire legal career handling personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation matters. I have gained extensive experience in the particular areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, intentional torts, and insurance law.
I am a member of the Florida Bar, New Jersey Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.
